When ITV announced that I‘m a Celebrity Get me out of Here was returning to UK screens, there was a mixed reaction. The show, which usually films in the exotic jungle of Australia, will instead be filmed in Gwrych Castle in Wales due to the travel restrictions caused by the COVID19 pandemic. To make the castle fit for filming, scaffolders were called in to address the structural issues caused byvertical cracking“.

The upcoming season of I‘m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! will ditch the jungle and creepy insects for a haunted castle. To ensure the safety of the celebrities, emergency work is being conducted to fix the aging structure before filming is set to begin. Rumors suggest that a white ghostly woman will attempt to scare the celebrities as they go on a mission to collect stars for their camp. At the end of the show, a celebrity will be crowned King or Queen of the castle, instead of King and Queen of the jungle. The team is working hard to finish the repairs so that the show can start in November 2020.
