The weight capacity of heavy–duty scaffolding frames is an important factor to consider in the construction industry. Each frame is capable of holding an average of 40,300 Ibs. This ensures that the scaffolding is safe and secure for whatever project it is being used for.

Screw jacks were added to the base of a 20–foot–2–inch–tall scaffolding tower and the weight was gradually increased from 5,000 to 10,000 Ibs until the tower ultimately failed.
These types of scaffolding frames are manufactured in the highest standards and specifications using higher quality and more expensive steel to ensure the maximum load limit.
Many of our competitors use recycle steel, which unfortunately contains rust and weakens the scaffolding frame. Because of the large amount of weight our scaffolding frames can hold, it is therefore considered to be heavy-duty with that it can support in excess of the 75 ibs/sq. Ft per span.
